1. Damage Liability (Hull and Oars)

The renter acknowledges receipt of the boat and oars in good maintenance condition.

• Assessment: all damage to hull, trailer, or oars is subject to technical inspection on return.
• Damage charges: any major damage, broken oars, or structural damage will be charged in full, including parts, labor, and technical downtime.

2. Late Return

Return times are mandatory to preserve service for the next booking.

• Penalty: each hour or fraction of an hour of delay is charged at twice the hourly rental rate.
• Compensation: this penalty compensates for the loss of use by the next renter.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Full refund applies only to cancellations requested on or before July 31, 2026.
• No refund will be granted after July 31, 2026, regardless of the reason.
